Confirmation - Joint

Our confirmation program is a joint program with Central Freeborn and East Freeborn Churches. We have also partnered with Salem Lutheran Church and Hayward-Trondhjem Lutheran Churches.

We follow a three-year program starting in 7th grade and concluding with the child's confirmation following their third year. First and second year students meet weekly on Wednesday evenings for classes that last approximately one hour. Third year students meet monthly with a mentor from the congregation to work on their Faith Statement and to discover areas of interest within the church for the individual student.

**Wednesday night confirmation class attendance is required. If you will be unable to make it, please contact Pastor Josh to let him know. His contact info is below.

Central & East confirmation students are required to complete 15 sermon notes during the year.

**Your youth's safety is our top priority! We will be maintaining proper physical distancing throughout our class time, have hand sanitizer available, and will meet only in spaces and facilities that allow for this to occur.

OUR MASKING POLICY WILL FOLLOW THE ALBERT LEA AREA SCHOOL DISTRICT FOR RECOMMENDATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS.

Confirmation classes will meet on Wednesdays from 6:45 - 7:45 pm.

Class meeting locations will alternate between the participating churches, with the churches taking a month at a time.
