Joint Confirmation...

Our confirmation program is a joint program with Central Freeborn and East Freeborn Churches. We have also partnered with Salem Lutheran Church and Hayward Lutheran Church.

We follow a three-year program starting in 7th grade and concluding with the child's confirmation following their third year. First and second year students meet weekly on Wednesday evenings for classes that last approximately one hour. Third year students meet monthly with a mentor from the congregation to work on their Faith Statement and to discover areas of interest within the church for the individual student.

There will be a Confirmation Informational Meeting for confirmands and their families on Wednesday, September 15th at 6:45 pm at Hayward Lutheran Church. If you have any questions, please contact Pastor Matt Griggs at pastormattgriggs@hotmail.com or      (507) 402-0596.

Confirmation classes will meet on Wednesdays, beginning on September 22nd, from 6:45 - 7:45 pm. Class meeting locations will alternate between the participating churches, with the churches taking a month at a time.
